Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release AIBE (17) 2022 notification in June 2022 along with the application form. Candidates can expect AIBE 2022 to be conducted tentatively in July, 2022 in offline mode. Candidates will be able to fill AIBE 2022 Application Form on the official website i.e. allindiabarexamination.com.
AIBE is conducted in offline mode as a pen and paper-based test with a total of 100 objective-type questions from various topics of LLB Program. Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer. However, there is no negative marking in the exam. The national level exam will be conducted for 2 hours 30 minutes.
Candidates appearing in AIBE (17) 2022 should fulfill the eligibility criteria and completed 3 year LLB Program or integrated 5-year Law Program and register with the respective Bar Councils to appear in AIBE exam. Applicants who qualify for AIBE will be awarded the Certificate of Practice by the Bar Council of India (BCI). AIBE Exam is conducted across 53 Exam Centers in a total of 11 languages.
