Eligibility Criteria
AMU BA LLB 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- Aligarh Muslim University has set the minimum eligibility criteria for the candidates to apply for AMU BA LLB 2022.
- On the basis of the category of the student concerned the eligibility criteria is given utmost importance for the students to follow and apply for admission to BA LLB course offered by the university.
Given below are the eligibility criteria which the candidate should adhere to, so to avoid complications in later stages of the admissions process:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks aggregate in their Senior Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Candidates who have qualified with the Bridge course from AMU with a minimum 50% aggregate are also eligible.
- Candidates must have a maximum age limit of 22 years.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam can also apply for AMU BA LLB Exam.
Note: If after the completion of the application form process, if it is found that the candidate doesn’t meet the minimum criteria then eventually the aspirant candidature will be canceled.
Counselling
The candidates who qualify through AMU BA LLB 2022, will be called for the counselling procedure strictly on the basis of their merit score. The counselling process can be expected to begin in the last week of October 2021. Candidates should keep in mind the following points while appearing for AMU BA LLB 2022 Counselling Process.
AMU BA LLB 2022 Counselling: How to Register?
- The candidate has to appear for the counselling in person.
- The counselling schedule will be updated on the official AMU website.
- The seats will be allotted based on the merit list.
- The admission and counselling fee of Rs. 11145 will have to be paid at this stage
- The candidate has to provide his/her original documents to get admission.
AMU BA LLB 2022 Counselling: Documents Required
The following documents would be required for admission to Aligarh Muslim University for the BA LLB 2022 course:
- Admit card for AMU BA LLB 2022
- 10th mark sheet (as proof of birth)
- 12th mark sheet and pass certificates (with self-attested photo copies)
- Candidate's caste certificate (if applicable)
- Candidate’s physically challenged Certificate (if applicable)
- Candidate’s transfer/migration Certificate
- A demand draft of Rs. 11145 drawn in favor of Finance Officer, AMU, payable at Aligarh
Note: Candidates are strongly advised to provide only their true and original documents during admission. In case a situation arises where the candidate’s documents are found to be false or not according to the University’s standards, his/her admission will be cancelled and another candidate who is next in line in terms of the merit list will be given the opportunity for admission to the Aligarh Muslim University.
