AP POLYCET commonly known as the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training for candidates wanting to seek admission into various diplomas and polytechnic courses.
Latest Notification
AP POLYCET 2022: SBTET has released the preliminary answer key on the official website polycetap.nic.in. Candidates can download the PDF containing the answer key of AP POLYCET 2022 for Set A, B, C, and D. Candidates can raise objections via email to [email protected] till June 2, 2022. Based on these objections the final answer and AP POLYCET 2022 result will be declared.
Registration
Candidates must fill the application form and must follow the application process with all the details. The application process for AP POLYCET 2022 will include various steps that are the registration, application form, documents that should be uploaded, fees payment, etc.
- The application form will be available online on the official website.
- No offline mode form will be accepted for AP POLYCET 2022 Registrations.
- The Application forms will be available and can be filled by the candidates from the fourth week of March 2022.
- The candidates can fill the form and fill in their details like educational qualifications, personal details, and other communication details.
- The applicants should upload a scanned photograph and signature of theirs in the application form.
- All the documents should be uploaded in a specific jpg/ jpeg format.
- The candidates must fill in all the correct details in the online application form, correction of any wrong details may not be provided by the conducting authority
- The application form can be filled by the applicants till the second week of April 2022.
- The candidates will not be required to send any hardcopy of the application form to the authorities, the process will be done online
- The candidates need to take a printout of the online filled application form and keep it for any future references.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates appearing for AP POLYCET 2022 need to clear the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the entrance examination. AP POLYCET 2022 eligibility criteria are decided by the State Board of Technical Education and Training which is the conducting authority of the examination.
- The applicant must be of Indian nationality to appear for AP POLYCET 2022.
- As per the Domicile: The applicant should belong to Andhra Pradesh for appearing in the examination.
- There is no age limit to appear for AP POLYCET 2022.
- The basic educational Qualification should be that the candidate must have cleared the 10th or equivalent exam from a recognized board with at least 35% aggregate and maths as a compulsory subject.
Counselling
AP POLYCET 2022 Counselling process is one of the most important procedures for admission into top institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP POLYCET 2022 Counselling is conducted entirely on the basis of the performance and scores of the candidates. The candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of merit, category, sex, Local area, special reservation category, etc. Here are some of the important points to keep in mind-
- The candidates must carry their original documents like Admit Card, Rank Card, Marks Sheets, Photo Id for proof to the Counseling Centre, etc. for Document Verification conducted at one of the designated HLCs (Help Line Centers).
- Candidates are called for counseling and admissions based on their AP POLYCET 2022 Ranks. These candidates have to fill in the option of courses/ colleges as per their preferences
