Delhi Police (DP) is the law enforcement agency for the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT) under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India. The recruitment process of the Delhi Police aims to manage the workforce with gender balance. The female vacancies are significantly released every year with several relaxations in the selection process.
Latest Notification
Delhi Police Constable application form withdrawal link will remain active till June 16, 2022. As per the latest update by SSC, candidates from differently-abled categories need not wear uniforms after the selection. SSC SI Delhi Police notification is to be released on the website of SSC. The aspirants would be able to fill in the application form on or before the last date.
Delhi Police announces the recruitment for the post of Constable (Executive) for both male and female candidates for Delhi Police Constable 2022. Every year thousands of candidates apply for the constable posts.
Registration
The SSC will conduct the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Computer Based Examination of 2022. Candidates need to apply online for vacancies from SSC official website. It is necessary to carefully read the official notification that will be announced on the official site of the Delhi Police.
The application process consists of 2 Parts:

Delhi Police One-Time Registration
Step 1: Visit the SSC Headquarters official site.
Step 2: Read the instruction of the Examination Notification before filling the form and click on “‘Register Now”
Step 3: Fill Up Basic details such as
- Aadhaar Number
- Personal Detail: Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Permanent Address State or UT
- Matriculation (10th Class) Certificate Information: Name of Education Board, Roll Number, Year of passing
- Educational Qualification Level
- Valid Mobile Number
Step 4: Next Confirm the Mobile Number and Email IF with OTP
Step 5: Log in with your Registration Number and Password as provided via Email and Phone Number
Step 6: Next, Check the Basic Details, and click on the ‘Next button
Step 7: Provide Additional Contact Details including Category and Nationality
Step 8: Upload a recent color Photograph and Signature
Step 9: Lastly click on “Final Submit”
Step 10: Read the “Declaration” form carefully and click on “I Agree”
Online form Filling for the Delhi Police Constable Exam
- Login with Registration Number and Password from SSC Portal
- Under “Latest Notifications”, Click on “Apply” in Notification “Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination 2022”
- Fill up the form with the necessary details
- Preview and Verify the form and click on the “Submit” Button
- Candidates need to complete the application fee payment within a given deadline. (if applicable)

Syllabus
Delhi Police syllabus and question paper will be set as per Matriculation Level. The computer-based examination is conducted in English and Hindi language only. The subjects that are included in the Computer Based Examination are General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Computer Fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication, Internet, WWW, and Web Browsers.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates aspiring to apply online for Delhi Police constable recruitment 2022 must fulfill eligibility criteria. To apply for Delhi Police 2022 exam, candidates must be Indian citizens.
Required Certification for Delhi Police
- Male candidates must have a valid driving license for LMV on the date of PE & MT.
- Aspirants must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.
- Educational Qualification is relaxable up to Class 11th passed qualification only for:
- Sons or daughters of serving retired, or deceased Delhi Police Personnel or Multi Tasking Staff and, buglers, bandsmen, mounted constables, dispatch riders, drivers, etc. of Delhi Police only.

Application Fee
Candidates for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment need to make application fees through BHIM UPI, Net Banking with Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro/ RuPay Credit or Debit cards, or offline in cash by generating SBI Challan at SBI Branches.

Exam Pattern
Delhi Police Constable Recruitment is conducted through a three-stage selection process. Candidates with a minimum cut-off in Computer-based are considered for PET & PMT shortlisting process. PET & PMT is a qualifying based round in which candidates need to qualify certain Physical standards as per criteria.
Delhi Police Exam Pattern 2022 for Computer-Based Exam
The first stage of the selection process is a computer-based exam. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes consisting of 100 questions. The candidates need to choose the correct answer from multiple choices.
