India Government Mint, Mumbai has announced recruitment notifications 2022 for various posts including Secretarial Assistant, Junior Bullion Assistant, Junior Technician, Engraver, etc. Online applications for India Government Mint Recruitment 2022 began on January 31, 2022, and the closing date for applications was March 01, 2022.

Registration

Step1:Candidates can go to the official website at https://igmmumbai.spmcil.com.

Step 2:Applicants are advised to go to the Careers tab.

Step3:As long as you meet the entire eligibility requirements, you may participate in recruitment.

Step4:Access the online application form by clicking it. A new screen will appear next.

Step5:Apply online by filling out the application form.

Step6:Upload the scans of your documents and complete the application form.

Step7:Check all the information you entered in your application form before clicking the submit button.

Step8:Click on the payment tab and proceed with payment

Step9:Payment should be made online using any of the four modes of payment described.

Step10:Save the application form for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

India Government Mint Educational Qualifications 2022

Post	Educational Qualification
Secretarial Assistant (B-4 Level)	Essential: Graduate with at least 55% marks, computer knowledge, stenography/shorthand (English) @80 wpm, and English typing @ 40 wpm. Desirable: Proficiency in a secretarial job.
Junior Bullion Assistant (B-3 Level)	Essential: Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed in English @ 40 wpm./Hindi @30 wpm Desirable: Proficiency in office assistance.
Junior Technician (W - 1)	Essential: Full-Time I.T.I. Certificate in Electronics Trade & 01-year NAC Certificate from NCVT. Desirable: Diploma Holders in the above respective trade.
Engraver (B-4 Level)	Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting/Sculpture/Metal Works) with 55% marks.

Exam Pattern

Secretarial Assistant & Jr. Bullion Assistant

The exam for Secretarial Assistant (B-4 level) & Jr. Bullion Assistant (B-3 Level) will be conducted in 02 phases:

For Jr. Bullion Assistant at B-3 level:

A computer-based English/Hindi typing (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @30 wpm) test will be conducted. Those candidates who qualify English/Hindi Typing Test (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @30 wpm) on a Computer will be called for an Online Written Test.

For Secretarial Assistant at B-4 Level:

First Stenography/shorthand (English) @80 wpm and Computer-based English typing @ 40 wpm. will be conducted. Those candidates who qualify in stenography/shorthand (English) @80 wpm and English typing @ 40 wpm on the Computer will be called for an Online Written Test.

Selection for the posts of Engraver (B-4 Level) will be done on the basis of an Online examination and will be of objective type. i. Professional knowledge (in the respective branch) ii. The total marks for the online test will be 125. There will be no negative marking for the Online examination. The duration of the examination is 02 hours.

Junior Technician

Selection to the posts of Jr. Technician at W-1 Level will be done on the basis of an Online examination and will be of objective type.

The Objective type Online examination will consist of tests on, Professional knowledge ( Electronics, Gold Smith) Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language.
The total marks for the online test will be 125. There will be no negative marking for the Online examination. The duration of the examination is 02 hours.
