Step1: Visit the Official Website:

• All the eligible candidate are required to go to the official website of Kerala CEE MCA at https://www.cee.kerala.gov.in/ and click on the link “Online Application Form for MCA Course”

Step2: Registration: 

• Following the steps mentioned above navigate to the link “Candidate Registration” and start to fill up the registration form on the registration window to receive the credentials

Step3: Login: 

• Candidate should log in to the website on the login window using credentials such as Application Number as Login ID and Password

Step4: Application Form Filling: 

• After login to the website, candidates need to fill up all the information on the application form flawlessly and carefully as some discrepancies on the application form can cause the dismissal of the application.

Step5: Documents Uploading: 

• After entering all the information on the application form, the candidate should upload their scanned recent coloured passport size photograph along with a scanned signature with the resolution from 15KB to 30 KB in .jpg or .jpeg format only and with the dimension of 150 pixels (Width) X 200 pixels (Height)

Step6: Final Submission: 

• After reviewing all the information mentioned above, the candidate should click on the “Submit” button to submit their duly filled Kerala CEE MCA 2022 Application Form

Step7: Take Printout: 

• Subsequently, the candidate need to click on the link “Print” take a print out of the application form

Step8: Affix Photograph: 

• Candidates are required to paste a recent passport size photograph (same as the one uploaded during the application process) in a given place on the application form and make it ready with the attestation by a gazetted officer.

Step9: Application Fee Payment: 

• Candidate can pay the application fee through online mode by selecting the payment mode from Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or offline mode via bank challan at any nearest branch of State Bank of Travancore.

Note: Candidate staying outside of the state Kerala are also eligible to pay Kerala CEE MCA 2022 Application fee via DD or Demand Draft drawn at a Nationalised Bank in favour of The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations payable at Thiruvananthapuram

Step10: Send Application Form along with Bank Challan and other Important Documents:

• For the offline mode, candidates should send the application form along with the challan via any offline mode such as Registered Post/Speed Post/Hand Delivery to the below-mentioned address.
