Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)	Minimum 2 years experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (1 year for the internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA)
Graduate Trainee (Mech.):	B.E/B.Tech Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.	-
Graduate Trainee (Elec.):	B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications / Power or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.	-
Mine Foreman-I (NE-08)	SSC Pass Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (U/R) Experience	6 yrs. after passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.
Mines Mate Gr.-I (NE-05)	SSC Pass Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (U/R)	3 yrs. as Mines Mate in a reputed Mining Company
Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04)	SSC Pass Blaster’s Certificate of Competency (U/R)	1 year as Blaster in a Mining organization
Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09))	Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying	2 yrs. experience as Mine Foreman after passing Diploma.
Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor (NE-09)	Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010.	3 years experience in the Electrical field in a Limited Company i.e. either a Public or Private one (incorporated under Companies Act, 2013) in India, Preferably in Mining Industry.
