Registration

Step 2: You will be redirected to the new web page, click the relevant advertisement under “Current recruitment advertisements” in the advertisement section and get the advertisement of operator recruitment. Read the instructions there.
Step 3: Click on “apply online” on the “Current recruitment advertisements” in the advertisement section itself and start your application with basic information such as Name, Date of Birth, Category, Email, Mobile Number, and other details, if applicable.
Step 4: On successful completion of this stage, You will receive an activation link on your mail-id.
Step 5: Activate using the link and Login using your credential and click on apply now.
Step 6: Complete your application form and proceed with the document upload.(scanned signature and photograph meeting the size specifications)
Step 7: Make sure to upload all the specified documents in good quality.
Step 8: Proceed with the application submission.
Step 9: After successful submission, save a soft copy of the application form for future references. Application Status can be seen by the candidate using the "Application Status option" (Apply for =>Application Status) after logging in.

- The candidate applying for the NPCIL Plant Operatorpost must have attained the age of 18 years and not have attained the age of 24.
- Relaxations in the upper age limit are provided to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC/ST, OBC), PWBD, PWBD SC/ST, PWBD OBC, Widows, Divorced Women & Women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried, Ex-servicemen.

The NPCIL Plant Operator recruitment is a two-stage examination. Candidates have to clear the preliminary as well as the advance examination for the final selection. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam are shortlisted for the advance exam and final selection is done on a merit basis.

The preliminary exam is a computer-based online exam that contains 50 multiple-choice questions. Candidates must select the correct option from the given list of options. The total duration of the CBT exam is 1 hour.
