The full form of REET is Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher. For the qualified candidates, the exam conducting body will issue a pass certificate. The REET certificate and scorecard will have lifetime validity as stated by our Education Minister recently. The official notification for REET 2022 was released on May 18, 2022 for both Level 1 and Level 2 exam on the REET official website. The candidates can apply for the REET exam online through the official website of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. Candidates are required to fill in the required details, fill out their preferred exam centres and pay the application fee.

The eligibility criteria of the REET 2022 exam have been released along with the REET 2022 notification. As per the REET eligibility criteria released in the official notification, candidates must be above 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit for the REET exam.
For Primary Teachers, candidates are required to have Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks along with appearing or passed in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Graduation along with appearing or passed in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education to apply.
For Upper Primary Teacher, candidates are required to complete Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) or equivalent qualification to apply.
