Haryana CET: Syllabus ,Course Name, Important details….

The Haryana CET is a state-level entrance exam conducted by HSTES for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Haryana colleges. The exam is usually held in May or June, and candidates can apply online in April or May. The exam pattern and syllabus vary depending on the course.   • Mode of exam: The Haryana CET 2023 exam will be conducted in online mode, which means that it will be a computer-based test. Candidates will have to answer the questions on a computer screen, and the test will be timed.
  • Language: The exam will be conducted in two languages, English and Hindi. Candidates can choose the language in which they are most comfortable while filling the application form.
  • Duration of exam: The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes, or 150 minutes. During this time, candidates will have to attempt all the questions and submit their answers before the time runs out.
  • Total number of questions: The Haryana CET 2023 exam will consist of a total of 90 questions. These questions will be multiple-choice questions, which means that each question will have four options, out of which candidates will have to select the correct one.
  • Marking scheme: Each correct answer in the Haryana CET 2023 exam will be awarded two marks. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers, which means that candidates will not lose any marks for incorrect answers.
  • Sections: The Haryana CET 2023 exam will have four sections, namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English. Each section will contain a fixed number of questions, and candidates will have to attempt all the questions in each section.
