IDAS Cut Off 2023
The cut-off marks for IDAS through Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023 will be released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) after the completion of the examination process. IDAS 2023 Admission Process
- Online Application: Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill the online application form on the official website of UPSC.
- Preliminary Examination: The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers – Paper-I (General Studies) and Paper-II (Civil Services Aptitude Test). Candidates who clear the cut-off marks for the Preliminary Examination will be eligible to appear for the Main Examination.
- Main Examination: The Main Examination consists of nine papers, out of which two are qualifying papers (English and Indian Language) and seven are merit-based papers. Candidates who clear the cut-off marks for the Main Examination will be eligible for the Interview round.
- Interview: Candidates who clear the cut-off marks for the Main Examination will be called for the Interview round. The interview is conducted by a panel of experts and assesses the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and general knowledge.
- Final Selection: The final selection of candidates is based on their performance in the Main Examination and the Interview round. The UPSC prepares a merit list based on the marks obtained by candidates in the Main Examination and the Interview round.
- Training: Candidates who are selected for IDAS are required to undergo training at the Institute of Defence Accounts and Finance (IDAF), New Delhi, for a period of two years.
