Jadavpur University is a government science and research university in Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal. It is one of the top universities in the country bagging 5th position in NIRF 2020 rankings. Admission for BE, B.Tech and B. Pharma courses are done on the basis of the WBJEE scores of a candidate. For, B.Arch programme, NATA scores are analysed and for basic sciences and arts courses, candidates are admitted on the basis of their 12th marks.
The first-year fees for B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Sc. and BA courses is 2400 INR. Total fees for B.Arch is 12,000 and for B.Ed. is 15,260.

Admission for MA and MSc courses are entrance based conducted by the university itself, while for admission in ME and MTech courses, the candidate will be analysed on his/her GATE scores.
The first-year fees in Master courses range from INR 2100 to INR 4800.
