Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) is a private university located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Training & Internships
The Training and Placement Cell located at JIIT Noida, centrally handles campus placement of the graduating students of all our campuses, namely JIIT Noida (U.P.), JUIT Solan (H.P.), JUET Guna (M.P.), JU Anoopshahr (U.P.), and Jaypee Business School, Noida. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Arrangements for Pre-placement Talks, Written/On-line Tests, Group Discussions, and Interviews are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies. The T&P Cell is headed by Brig (Retd.) Sanjay Dawar, Head Training & Placement and Dean Students’ Welfare, along with Senior Placement Officers, Ms. Anita Marwaha, Mr. Anurag Srivastava and Mr. Vinod Kumar at Sector-62, Noida. A full-time dedicated Training and Placement Officer/Coordinator Mr. Digvijay Chauhan at JUET Guna, Mr. Pankaj Kumar at JUIT Solan, and Mr. Saurabh Misra at JU, Anoopshahr further augment the efforts of T&P.
ACADEMIA-INDUSTRY CONNECT
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) has a strong Academia-Industry Connect program that focuses on bridging the gap between academia and industry. The university has collaborations with various reputed industries such as Infosys, Intel, Microsoft, and TCS, which provide opportunities for students and faculty to engage in research and development activities.
Under the Academia-Industry Connect program, JIIT conducts joint research projects, internships, and training programs with industries. The university also organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences that bring together academicians and industry experts to discuss current and emerging issues in technology and management. - We have MOU’s with Information technology companies like Ericsson India Global, GeeksforGeeks, lndiaMARTinterMESH, McKinley & Rice, Phronesis Partners and TUV SUD for imparting knowledge in special domains and niche areas of IT / CSE / ECE
- We have campus connect program with IT companies, they do the Train The Trainer program, to bring the faculty of the colleges to a forum along with companies campus connect team to equip them with the course material and deployment model to be put into practice in their respective colleges.
- We do soft skills training and personality development program, also in association with the industry, for engineering students in the colleges to enhance their employability and personal development.
- Companies and professional career consultants are invited and visits our campus as a part of industry-instituted-interface program to strengthen the efforts of pre-placement program

Scholarships
Scholarship 1 :-
Students who take admission in the first year of the 4-year UG program with an overall All India Rank of less than 1000 in JEE exam conducted by CBSE, shall be provided free education for the entire duration of under graduate programme.

William Webster Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship
Brief on Scholarship :-
Jaiprakash Sewa Sansthan has setup an initial corpus of Rs. 20 Lacs for the William Webster* Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship to be provided to eligible students from the income earned by way of interest from the corpus. The scholarship would be provided to students admitted to the Jaypee Education System across the 3 Campuses from the Academic Year 2004 onwards through a transparent mechanism by as Scholarship Committee set up for the purpose. Selected students will get a tution fee waiver for the year up to a maximum of one semester Tution Fee. All scholarship amounts will be adjusted against the tution fees of the year in which approved.
Eligibility (Fresh Cases):-
Combined income of parents/guardian should be less than or equal to Rs. 1.5 Lacs per annum.
Merit is determined on the basis of following weightages of marks obtained in classes 10th, 12th and performance in B.Tech. 1st semester.

Placement
JIIT Noida concluded the placement drive for its 2017-21 batch. The highest salary of INR 43.88 LPA was offered by Adobe. There was an increase of almost 1.64% in the highest salary as compared to previous year.
During JIIT Placements 2021, 1390 placement offers have been made. A total of 839 students were hired by reputed recruiters. The placement percentage stood at 99%. 100% of the IT & CSE students were placed. The placement percentage increased by 3% compared to last year.
The placement drive engaged a total of 160 recruiters. Some of the major recruiters included Adobe System, DE Shaw, Amazon, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, Intuit, Cognizant, TCS Ninja, Wipro.
