Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi is a premier and dynamic institute of Management and Information Technology Education. Established by the Lal Bahadur Shastri Educational Society in 1995, has emerged as one of the top business schools in the country. Scholarships

Following Merit-cum-Means Scholarships shall be awarded by the Institute to meritorious students from Economically Weaker Sections :

a. For Batch 2021-23, a total of 6 Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of Rs. 1,00,000/- each for first-year and second-year students enrolled in PGDM programmes.

b. For Batch 2022-24, a total of 15 Merit-cum-Means scholarships of Rs. 1,00,000/- each for first-year and second-year students enrolled in PGDM programmes.

The Director appoints a committee comprising of faculty members, admin staff member/s, and others to choose the students who will receive these scholarships.

The Institute has one dedicated medical room with necessary equipment as prescribed by the Doctor.

Medical Facilities
We have one male and one female Doctor who visit the Institute on alternate days in a week. We have tie-up with Ayushman Hospital, Venkateshwara Hospital and Manipal Hospital, Dwarka for Ambulance facility and any other emergency treatment.

Preventive Health Check Up
The Institute has Annual Health Check-up facility with the reputed hospital for the entire staff of the institute.

Medical Insurance of 5 lakh for a family of 4 members for all Faculty members and non-teaching staff

Entertainment Facilities

Cult:
The Cultural Committee of LBSIM is responsible for all the Cultural Clubs and the cultural events that take place throughout the year. The club believes that the cultural aspect is very important for the overall development of any Manager in making. It’s not only about the passion we bring about but also the nuances of management.

Abhivyakti
Abhivyakti is a family of talented bunch of actors with a lot of enthusiasm and zeal to perform. It has consistently won the laurels for the institute at various inter-B-school stage events as well as street plays. The team has performed in various stage plays and created short films on various social issues to create awareness. The club tries to keep the audience entertained and performs acts from various genres."

MANTRA:
Music, symphony, melody, harmony, and rhythm are all demonstratives of feelings flow. That is what MANTRA is made up of. Sur, taal, and lay aur geet are all essential in MANTRA. The club reflects LBSIM's cultural and musical ideals. By regularly participating in and coordinating numerous activities, MANTRA assists in the development of inherent potential. UNPLUGGED NIGHT, one of LBSIM's most well-known activities, is hosted by the club. It regularly participates in TATVA - Annual Fest LBSIM and talent night.

Razzmatazz
Razzmatazz is the Dance Club of LBSIM, which brings energetic people from varied backgrounds together to let them express themselves to the groove of the music. They are known to perform sizzling performances and make everyone dance with them. Razz Team is a family who dances together, choreographs together, and shares the same passion to dance and laugh together. When on stage they dance in every style possible, life and enjoy their performances and make everyone glue to it.

Tatva:
Upholding its annual tradition, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management organized TATVA 2022, the Inter-College Management, Technical and Cultural fest on 11-12 March 2022, at its Dwarka campus, New Delhi. Mr. Shubendra Rao, the renowned Sitar Player, and Composer graced the inaugural session as Chief Guest, and Smt Saskia Rao-de Haas, Virtuoso Cellist, and Composer was the Guest of Honour. The theme for Tatva 2022 was “Ojas: Full of Life”. The highlights of Tatva 2022 were the Comedy Night on 11 March featuring Stand Up comedians Harsh Gujral and Rahul Dua and DJ Night on 12 March with DJ Akhil Talreja and singer Nikhil D'Souza.
