Guest lectures sessions are being organized with the help of industry experts to bridge the gap between industry & academia.
Various Training Programmes are organized to train the students in the areas of Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Verbal through the Reputed External Training centres. Imparting training program with the help of reputed training Institutes, enable the students to gain a competitive edge in the recruitment process, groom their confidence and developing their personality.

Language learning programmes to train students in developing their communication skills and foreign language skills.

On 21st February MBA students of Noida International University went for an industrial visit to PepsiCo’s bottling unit Varun Beverages Ltd.
46 students participated in this event which was a part of the Corporate Connect Program.
The delegation was received by the HR team led by Ms Shreya Singh who briefed students regarding the organisation,products & process followed.
The students were splitted in two groups & were handed over to the Quality assurance team who took them to the plant tour to view the manufacturing facilities & explained the steps taken to deliver quality products.
A Q&A round was kept for the students to answer their queries which they participated in very enthusiastically.
The visit concluded with a vote of thanks & momento presentation to the industry officials by Dr Pallavi & Mr Rahul followed by refreshment arranged by Varun Beverages management.

Placement
The placement process is manifold. It includes personality development, gap identification, mock interview, pre- placement counseling, CV formation, and live projects and internships. During their academic tenure the students go through a well planned rigorous course curriculum along with real life practical trainings and internships in reputed research institutes and/or corporate houses.
The academic curriculum is so structured that it requires the students to undergo a mandatory summer internship of 6-8 weeks with reputed organizations. The internship helps the students to apply their classroom learning of theoretical concepts to real life management settings. This process enables to sharpen their ability to diagnose, analyze and resolve problems. The option of short term live projects with leading companies is also provided to the students. This runs parallel to their academic sessions and gives them valuable insight into the workings of the industry.
