N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (NLDIMSR) was established in the year 1995 by the Late Shri Niranjanlalji Dalmia with a vision to become a World-Class Management Institute. Currently, our Institute ranks among the Top B-schools in India and one of the most preferred business schools in Mumbai.
N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research commenced its academic program in the year 1997.offers postgraduate programs in management. Admissions at NL Dalmia to these programs are conducted every year and offered on the basis of score obtained in national level entrance exams. N. L. Dalmia aims to nurture, empower and enhance the skills of future business leaders by providing value-based quality education. The institute conducts various industrial visits which help in providing students with hands-on experience.
During NL Dalmia Placements 2022, Hindustan Unilever Limited, CRISIL, Deloitte, Darashaw, Tata Consulatncy Services, Morgan Stanley, IndusInd Bank and many more reputed recruiters visited the campus. There was a 25% increase in the Highest CTC which stood at INR 15.3 LPA and the Average Package increased by 33% which stood at INR 8.51 LPA.

In today’s world, when the technological advances are occurring at a very fast pace, the need to integrate the technical knowledge, skills in education and training employability capabilities in industry/ organization has gained utmost importance. The academia and industry must, therefore, work hand in hand to produce ‘Industry-ready students’.NL Dalmia has been continuously increasing its association with the industry and research organizations to share the expertise and experience amongst them. Experts from industry are regularly invited to deliver talks on special topics and guide the students in their ‘Project development’ which may find direct application in the industry. Students are also exposed to industrial culture through regular industrial attachment of 6 to 8 weeks
Scholarships
To encourage academically exceptional students and give them an opportunity to get the best of professional education to shape their careers, N L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research offers Scholarships to meritorious students fulfilling the following conditions:
A. Criteria for Scholarship for First Year students:
1. Shall have secured admission to the PGDM / PGDM (FM) program
2. Shall be in Top 10 students in the final admission list
3. Students having fulfilled conditions 1 & 2 above and having the following CAT/XAT/CMAT/MH-CET percentiles will have the respective percentage of Scholarships offered for First Year PGDM/PGDM(FM)
- Percentage of scholarship depends on CAT/XAT, CMAT, and MH-CET percentile. If the candidate has secured 98.00 & above (CAT/XAT), 99.00 & above (CMAT), 99.5 & above (MH-CET), they will be entitled to receive 75% scholarship.
- Similarly, 95-97.99 (CAT/XAT), 97-98.99 (CMAT), 98-99.49 (MH-CET) , they will receive 50% scholarship.
- For securing 92-94.99 (CAT/XAT), 96-96.99 (CMAT), 97-97.99 ( MH-CET), students will receive 25% scholarship.
B. Criteria for Scholarship for Second Year students:
Scholarship for second year students will be conferred to the 10 Toppers of First year in combined merit list (Trimester I, II & III) of all students of PGDM/PGDM(FM) as per the average CGPA of all Trimesters taken together with the minimum combined average CGPA of 9.8 will get 25% scholarship.
Hostel facility provided by college is good in terms of both the food available and the room and other facility attached to it rooms are available in sharing average rent is around 6000 Per Month if someone don't like hostel then there are many societies around college who offer rooms to students at affordable rate not having much details as i was not a hosgelite student.
