Scholarships are provided on following basis :-
- Class xii marks (percentage). A slab is been made and scholarships are given in the form of fee waiver at the time of admission to the students.
- Cash scholarships are given to the university rank-holders from time to time.
- Scholarships are given to the students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC as per state & central government policies.

The primary role of the T&P cell includes training students to build their core competency, providing behavioural and soft skills training, conducting aptitude classes & tech courses, inviting companies for placement drives, and managing campus placements. The training wing conducts a minimum of sixty hours of training in each semester to help the students in understanding the industry expectations & requirements.
The training & placement cell at SAITM ensures that every student finds a suitable career option and thus, provides the counselling sessions to all students before they apppear in the placement process. It helps them to perform better. St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management's placement facilities are top-notch and cater to the dreams of every student.
