Eligibilty Criteria

Candidates aspiring to apply online for Delhi Police constable recruitment 2022 must fulfill eligibility criteria. To apply for Delhi Police 2022 exam, candidates must be Indian citizens.

Required Certification for Delhi Police

  • Male candidates must have a valid driving license for LMV on the date of PE & MT.
  • Aspirants must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.
  • Educational Qualification is relaxable up to Class 11th passed qualification only for:
    • Sons or daughters of serving retired, or deceased Delhi Police Personnel or Multi Tasking Staff and, buglers, bandsmen, mounted constables, dispatch riders, drivers, etc. of Delhi Police only.

  • The age limit of the recruitment is 18-25 years.

Exam Pattern

Delhi Police Constable Recruitment is conducted through a three-stage selection process. Candidates with a minimum cut-off in Computer-based are considered for PET & PMT shortlisting process. PET & PMT is a qualifying based round in which candidates need to qualify certain Physical standards as per criteria.

Delhi Police Exam Pattern 2022 for Computer-Based Exam

The first stage of the selection process is a computer-based exam. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes consisting of 100 questions. The candidates need to choose the correct answer from multiple choices.

Delhi Police syllabus and question paper will be set as per Matriculation Level. The computer-based examination is conducted in English and Hindi language only. The subjects that are included in the Computer Based Examination are General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Computer Fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication, Internet, WWW, and Web Browsers.
