Eligibilty Criteria

Candidates are advised to thoroughly check the DFCCIL eligibility criteria mentioned in the DFCCIL notification document. Candidates need to pass through four stages to become a DFCCIL Junior Manager – Computer Based Test, Document Verification, Interview and Medical Test. DFCCIL Junior Manager Recruitment 2022- Age Limit and Relaxation

The minimum age allowed to appear in the DFCCIL exam is 18 years, and the maximum age allowed is 27 years.DFCCIL relaxes the upper age limit for the Junior Manger post if the candidates provide any of the following certificates:

Age Relaxation For Ex-servicemen and Employees

  1. For Ex-servicemen, as per Ex-servicemen rules, it is up to the extent of service rendered in Defence plus 3 years if they have served more than 6 months service after attestation.
  2. For the regular employees of DFCCIL, the upper age limit is relaxable by 8 years.
  3. The maximum upper age of the applicants shall not exceed 56 years, including all possible age relaxations.

DFCCIL Junior Manager Educational Qualification

The educational qualification for the post of DFCCIL Junior Manager varies according to the candidates' educational background. The detailed educational qualifications for the DFCCIL exam 2022 are given below.

Junior Manager (Civil) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
Junior Manager (Mechanical) Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering /Mechatronics Engineering /Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering /Automobile Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electronics and Communications Engineering/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
Junior Manager (Operations & BD) 02 years MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Business Operation/Customer Relation/Finance from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
Exam Pattern

Aspirants must thoroughly go through the DFCCIL exam pattern while preparing for the DFCCIL exam. The exam is conducted in two languages – Hindi and English. There is a negative marking of 0.25 mark in the DFCCIL Junior Manager exam. The detailed exam pattern is listed below.
