Eligibilty Criteria

Prior to applying for the Haryana Police Sub-Inspector (SI) post, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria required for this position. If a candidate fails to fulfill any of the eligibility criteria, then his/her application form is subjected to rejection. The various eligibility criteria required for the Haryana Police SI Recruitment are mentioned below:

  • Age

    • Candidates must be 21 years of age or more while applying for the Haryana Police SI Recruitment exam.
    • The upper age limit is 27 years as of June 1, 2022. According to the Haryana Government rules, age relaxation is provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.
    • Age relaxation of 4 years from the date of discharge is provided to ex-servicemen candidates.
  • Educational Qualification

    • Candidates must hold a Graduation degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
    • Candidates must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in their Matric.
  • Physical Standards

The minimum physical standards required to fulfill the Haryana Police SI Recruitment 2022 eligibility criteria are as follows:
