- Candidates should first visit the official website by following the link www.ippbonline.com, and clicking on the "Click Here to Apply for Assistant Manager Recruitment" notification.
- Next, fill out the online application form with your basic information. The system will then generate a provisional registration number and password that will be displayed on the screen.
- It is recommended for candidates to write it down. You will also receive these credentials via your registered email address and password.
Step 2: IPPB Assistant Manager Application Form
In the next step, candidates are required to fill up the application form for IPPB Assistant Manager recruitment 2022 with the help of the following steps:
- Firstly, log in with the newly generated registration number and password.
- Next, fill in the required fields on the application form and then submit the required papers.
- Before submitting the application form, you will have the option to "Save and Next" to save the information you provided at the time of the registration process.
- Candidates will not be able to make any changes to their application form once it has been submitted. As a result, it is recommended to carefully read and fill out the application form.

Candidates must meet the following nationality requirements:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India, Nepal, and Bhutan.
- The refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, to settle permanently in India can also apply for the IPPB Assistant Manager 2022 exam.

The minimum age to apply for IPPB Assistant Manager Recruitment 2022 is 20 years while the maximum age is 30 years. Age relaxation is also granted to some candidates in accordance with government regulations.

Candidates must fulfill the prescribed age criteria as of 1.09.2022. The maximum age indicated is for candidates belonging to the General category. The candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and ex-servicemen would be eligible for age relaxation under the provisions of the guidelines issued by the Government of India, which are as follows:

IPPB Assistant Manager Exam Pattern - Interview
Candidates who pass the IPPB Prelims and Mains exams for the Assistant Manager will be invited to participate in an interview process. The Interview is conducted for a total of 100 marks.
The minimum qualifying score in the interview will be 40% (or 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). In this round, the personality traits and interpersonal skills of the candidates are assessed. Candidates are invited to an interview session with their offer letters from the exam board.
