Eligibilty Criteria

Eligibility for MAH BHMCT CET 2022 differs widely as per the program. However, basic criteria to apply and appear for MAH BHMCT CET 2022 is as mentioned below:

  1. Applicant must be an Indian national.
  2. Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum qualifying marks 45%
  3. For SC/ST candidates minimum qualifying marks are from 40%
  4. Candidates who are appearing in the final examination of class 12 or has appeared in this exam but awaiting for result can apply for BHMCT CET 2022
Exam Pattern

MAH BHMCT CET 2022 is an online Computer Based Test (CBT). Duration of MAH BHMCT CET 2022 will be 90 minutes and there will be 100 objective type questions divided into 3 sections. The exam is of a total of 100 marks; each question carries 1 mark.

Syllabus

Syllabus for MAH BHMCT CET 2022 consists of 3 sections. The standard of contents of the syllabus will be as per that of class 10+2.

MAH BHMCT CET 2022 Syllabus is as follows:

Section A: General English

  • Comprehension of passage
  • Verbal Reasoning, Syllogisms, Antonyms, Fill in the Blanks, Jumbled paragraphs with 4 or 5 sentences
  • Sentence Correction, Sentence completion, Sentence Correction, odd man out, idioms, one-word substitution, Different usage of same word etc.

Section B: General Knowledge

  • Current National and International Affairs, Business, Punch line of companies, Top officials of big companies, Major corporate events, Trade and Commerce
  • Famous award and prizes
  • Science, Scientific Inventions, Social Science, Geography, International organizations
  • History, Social issues, Culture, Entertainment, Politics etc.
  • Sports, Finance, Automobiles,
  • Travel and Tourism

Section C: Reasoning

  • Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Assumption – Premise – Conclusion, Assertion and reasons, Statements and assumptions, identifying valid inferences, identifying Strong arguments and Weak arguments, Statements and Conclusions, Cause and Effect, Identifying Probably true, Probably false, definitely true, definitely false kind of statement, Linear arrangements, Matrix arrangements.
  • Puzzles, Syllogisms, Functions, Family tree – identifying relationship among group of people, Symbol Based problems, Coding and decoding, Sequencing, identifying next number in series, etc.
Counselling

MAH BHMCT CET 2022 Counselling Dates are expected to be announced soon by Maharashtra State CET. Cell. Counselling process will be organized under the centralized admission process (CAP) system. Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State conducts CAP

Candidates who qualify in the exam can participate in MAH BHMCT CET Counselling by submitting an online registration form for admission will be made available. Submit the application form after choosing institutions/colleges. Accordingly, a cut off list will be declared and those who qualify will finally appear for MAH BHMCT CET 2022 Counselling.

Documents Required During Counselling

Candidates will be required to carry the original copies of the following documents on the day of Counselling:

  • BHMCT CET 2022 Mark sheet
  • BHMCT CET 2022 Admit Card
  • Print of application form for admission as submitted online
  • Print of Provisional Admission Letter
  • Mark sheets and pass certificate of H.S.C / S.S.C. / Equivalent from the Board of Secondary Education / CBSE / ICSC as the case may be.
  • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
  • Migration Certificate from the University / Board of last attended
  • Category certificate like SC / ST / OBC/ PwD, Military ex service man has to be submitted in prescribed formats and should also be attested or issued by competent authority.
  • Physically Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category
  • Medical Fitness Certificate in prescribed Form issued by competent authority as is instructed in prospectus
  • Residential certificate/Domicile/Bonafide Certificate is required to be submitted if candidate need to be benefitted under Quota for candidate residing natively in State Maharashtra
  • Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter Id Proof etc in original form for identity verification purpose
  • 5 passport size photograph as uploaded in application form
  • Self attested Photocopy sets of all above given documents

In case candidate fails in submitting above mentioned documents during counselling session or within the stipulated time, admission will be cancelled.
