Eligibilty Criteria

Applicants wishing to be part of the RSMSSB LDC position must meet certain eligibility criteria. The criteria required to participate/apply for the position are as follows.

RSMSSB LDC 2022 Eligibility Criteria: Nationality

  • Indian citizens
  • People from Nepal or Bhutan
  • Tibetan refugee living in India since Jan. 1962.
  • A person of Indian origin living permanently in India from countries such as Pakistan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Burma, and other East African countries like Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, etc.

RSMSSB LDC 2022 Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

  • Applicants applying for the RSMSSB LDC position must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • There will also be a reduction in the age of candidates. Details of the age reduction are shown in the table below:

RSMSSB LDC 2022 Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with Certificate Course qualification issued by a recognized body/institution.
  • Applicants holding a certificate in computer science/application issued by a recognized body/institute will also be admitted.
Exam Pattern

The RSMSSB LDC 2022 exam will consist of two phases, phase I and phase II. A written exam based on objectives and a skills test.

RSMSSB LDC 2022 Exam Pattern: For Phase I

Further Phase I is divided into 2 papers, phase I and phase II.

RSMSSB LDC Phase 1: Part A

Applicants will have to pass A of Phase I, which will consist of different papers.

  • The exam will be objective type.
  • The subjects which come under part A of phase I are General Science, General Knowledge, and Mathematics.
  • With a total of 150 questions, the exam will weigh a total of 100 points.
  • The duration of Paper I will be 3 hours.

RSMSSB LDC 2022 Phase I: For Paper B

Below is the RSMSSB LDC Phase I exam pattern for Paper B. Applicants can consult the table below.

  • The exam will be objective.
  • The subjects which come under Paper II are General English and General Hindi.
  • The total number of questions is 150, each subject will have 75 questions.
  • The exam will weigh a total of 100 points.
  • The duration of Paper-II will be 3 hours.
  • All questions will have the same score.

RSMSSB LDC Exam: For Phase II (Skill Test)

Below is the exam pattern for the skill test. Applicants can consult the table for a better understanding.

  • Applicants must take a typing test in English and Hindi.
  • This test is used to check the candidate's typing speed and accuracy.
  • A total of 100 points will be calculated for the test.
  • Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 9 points on each test.

Syllabus

The RSMSSB LDC position will consist of two phases of the exam. At this phase, I will be composed of 2 different papers. The two papers will total 100 points. The subjects covered by the two papers will be different. The details of the RSMSSB LDC 2022 Syllabus are presented below. Applicants should keep in mind that only if they qualify for Phase I will Paper be selected to participate in Phase II (skills test) of the selection process.
