Indian Railways has published ITI Apprentice notification for South Eastern Railway. The South Eastern Railway will be advised to recruit candidates for the apprentice position. Various vacancies have been posted for the 2022 SER Apprentice Recruitment. The South Eastern Railways Apprentice Recruitment to attract candidates for apprentice roles.
Latest Notification
SER will be released the official employment notification for the SER Apprentice Recruitment 2022 in October 2022 (tentatively). Candidates must refer to SER's detailed notification before applying for the exam to understand all the important aspects of the exam.
Registration
Applications will be allowed for South Eastern Railway Apprentice Recruitment from November 2022.
Before applying for SER Apprentice Recruitment 2022, applicants must be registered on the National Apprentice Scheme Portal. Instructions for applying to South East Railway Apprentice are mentioned below.
Step 1: Click on the given link of SER above.
Step 2: Fill in all the necessary information like name, Father's name, address, diploma, etc.
Step 3: Add required documents like SSC certificate, category certificate, etc.
Step 4: Upload a recent passport photo. Applicants can use the cropping tool which helps you upload your image and signature in a specific size.
Step 5: Pay the required fees and click the Submit button.
Step 6: Download the application form and print it out on paper for future use.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants intending to apply for a job should know the details of the eligibility criteria. Applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot participate in the selection. All the details are below.
South Eastern Railway Apprentice Age limit
The age of candidates must be between 15-24 years old From 01.01.2023 to participate in hiring. For this purpose only, the age indicated on the registration certificate or the birth certificate will be counted.
Minimum age: 15 years
Maximum age: 24 years
Applicants in the reserved category will be able to access the maximum age limit according to government regulations:

| OBC | 3 years |
| PWD | 10 years |
| Ex-Servicemen | 10 years until the extent of service in the defense forces plus 03 years provided they have served at least 06 consecutive months of service. |
South Eastern Railway Apprentice Qualification
A candidate must have passed the final exam in a recognized Board / Institution with at least 50% marks in total (excluding additional subjects) and an ITI Pass certificate in the respective field issued by the NCVT.
South Eastern Railway Apprentice Medical fitness
A person may be trained under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules 1992, as amended from time to time if he meets the minimum standards of physical fitness prescribed in the aforementioned law and the prescribed standards for providing training in the relevant sector which will be certified by a Railway doctor.
