NCU Delhi NCR (Northcap University) is a private university located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. It was established in 1996 as the Institute of Technology and Management, and was renamed as The Northcap University in 2015.
The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various fields including Engineering, Management, Law, Applied Sciences, and Humanities. NCU is known for its quality education, excellent infrastructure, and experienced faculty. The university has collaborations with various national and international universities, providing students with opportunities for global exposure and academic exchange programs.

The University has also been ranked in the 151-200 band, for the 4th consecutive year in the All India NIRF Ranking 2022. In the NIRF 2022 ranking and accredited by NAAC A Grade. The Northcap University is ranked at 96th in the Engineering category, and in the University category, it is in the rank band of 151-200.
In the University (Non-Residential) category, it has been ranked at 5th spot among the cleanest Higher Educational Institutions in the country. It has an experienced faculty of 200+ and a record of 90%+ successful placements. Furthermore, it has around 3000+ students. Northcap University has an alliance and collaboration with ISRO, University of Chester, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, University of Dayton, Michigan Technological University, and ITB, etc. The most popular course offered by Northcap University is B.Tech.
Training & Internships
To ensure better employment opportunities for the students in both the local and overseas job market, The NorthCap University in association with MAGES Studio, Singapore provided six weeks of summer internship in Virtual and Augmented Reality to 20 students of BTech, CSE and ECE, starting from 4 June 2018. Students created solutions for the healthcare Industry in Singapore using emerging technologies and thereby gained an industry relevant portfolio.
It helped students to gain deep understanding as well as the opportunity to explore new and emerging technologies. They were mentored by experts from various countries. During the first week students designed and developed 3D models and the presentations were made in front of an expert panel. After the initial phase of training the students were divided into teams and were engaged in live-projects which consisted of games where they were directly dealing with the client.
Academia-Industry Connect
NCU Delhi NCR has a strong Academia-Industry Connect program that focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience. The program aims to provide students with opportunities to work on real-life projects, internships, and collaborations with leading companies and organizations.
NCU Delhi NCR also has collaborations with various industry partners and organizations such as IBM, CISCO, TATA, and many more. These partnerships provide students with access to cutting-edge technology, tools, and resources, giving them a competitive edge in the job market.
Industry Projects
A Group of 23 students and faculty members namely Dr.Vijendra Singh and Ms.Priyanka Rastogi visited IBM Research Lab, Delhi on 24 July 2018 to see their R&D lab and the latest innovation in the areas of Artificial Intelligence. IBM researchers presented a demo on innovations done in IBM during last 50 years. They also discussed about technology areas such as IoT, Robotics, Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The visit was organised by Dr. Vijendra Singh.

Hostel For Male
The University offers hostel accommodation options to students so that they can settle in and begin to enjoy student life right from day one. High quality accommodation separate for boys and girls with clean and hygienic dining facilities is provided by the University. Living in a hostel is a great way to meet other students and make new friends. The rooms are well furnished with a 24-hour power backup, treated water, wi-fi, intercom, indoor sports, entertainment & recreational facilities and a bus between the hostle and the University for the convenience of the students. All hostels are provided with security guards round the clock. As the hostel run by the University have limited seats, those students who are unable to be accommodated can find alternative lodging nearby.
