XAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

XAT 2023 exam will be held on January 8, 2023 in 72 cities as computer based test in single session. 3 year’s bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

 

The key difference between XAT eligibility criteria 2023 and for other MBA entrance exams is that the XAT 2023 needs only a pass in your bachelor’s degree while other exams need minimum 50 percent marks to apply for the exam. XAT 2023 eligibility is probably the simplest among all the National Level MBA entrance exams.

 

XAT 2023 exam is an important MBA entrance test leading to MBA admission 2023 in XLRI, IMT, XIMB, TAPMI, XIME and other 150 MBA colleges in India. Conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur for more than last 70 years, Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is the only exam, the scores of which are considered in XLRI admission. XAT 2023 exam date is Sunday January 8, 2023. XAT 2023 exam is a computer based test and will be held in a single session across the country.

 

The XAT eligibility criteria over the years has remained unchanged. XLRI has not changed the XAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria either. Usually applicants miss on two things - XAT Eligibility and Syllabus for XAT. As per XAT Exam Pattern 2023, the question paper will be divided into 2 parts having a total of 101 questions. It is extremely important to go through the detailed XAT exam pattern to develop a sound preparation strategy.

  • Mode of Exam: XAT is conducted in online CBT mode at test centers located across 70+ major cities of India.
  • Medium of XAT Exam: The test is conducted only in English.
  • XAT Exam Duration: 190 minutes (3 hours 10 minutes)- 165 minutes for Part 1 and 25 minutes for Part 2
  • Number of Questions: 100 MCQs and 1 essay question.
  • Number of Sections: 5 sections divided into 2 parts. Part 1 comprises 3 sections- Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, and Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation. Part 2 comprises 2 sections- General Knowledge and Essay Writing.
