Eligibilty Criteria

NMAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

To fill NMAT Application forms, candidates need to fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria defined by GMAC.

  • Nationality: Indian citizens can apply for NMAT 2022. NRIs can apply for admissions provided they have valid GMAT scores (600+).
  • Graduation: It is mandatory to have a 3 or 4 years bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate marks in graduation are required to apply for NMAT exam.
  • Age: There is no upper age limit to appear for NMAT 2022 exam.
  • Work Experience: No prior work experience is required to fill NMAT application form.
  • Final Year Students: Students in their final year of graduation can also apply for the exam provided they are able to submit their final mark sheet and provisional certificate at the time of admission.
  • Number of Attempts: There is no limit on the number of years a student can take the exam. However, in every exam year, candidates can appear a maximum of 3 times (including 2 retakes).

Exam Pattern

As per NMAT Exam Pattern 2022, the question paper will comprise 3 sections (LR, Quant, and Language Skills) having 36 questions each. Going through the latest exam pattern is an indispensable part of developing a sound preparation strategy.
