Counselling
- The Counselling process will be “Physical” in Kolkata. Venue and date would be announced later.
- Counseling process will be started from July, 2025 (tentatively).
- Candidates must submit the counselling fee of INR 200/-
- During Counselling, one seat will be allotted to each participating candidate as per his/her choice based on intense merit and availability of seat at that point of time.
- A seat allotment letter will be issued to each participating candidate.
- Candidates will have the choice to provisionally book the aforesaid allotted seat at the counselling venue against a payment of a Demand Draft of Rs.20,000/- in favour of “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes” or “AMPAI”, payable at Kolkata.
Candidate needs to fill a separate form for the counseling process. You can follow the steps for the same-

- Click on Counseling Application Form from the NOTICE board available on the right hand side of the page.
- Download the counseling form to your device. You need to provide information like-
- Category/Course
- Name
- Address
- Declaration
- Send the counselling application form along with the demand draft of INR 200 to

Candidates must produce the following documents during their counselling session:
- Original documents (i.e. marksheets of 10th& 12th standards, Date of Birth proof, Rank Card of CEE-AMPAI-2022-WB, domicile certificate from the appropriate authority.)
- One set of attested copies of the above documents along with 4 copies of passport size photographs.
Syllabus
The syllabus for CEE AMPAI 2025 is based on Graduate level knowledge for PG courses. It will be as decided by the association for every stream. The detailed syllabus will be put up on the official website of the exam. The syllabus for the various PG programs is given as follows:
MBA
The syllabus will be at par with all national level management tests. It will consist topics that will test the verbal ability, reasoning and quantitative aptitude of applicants. Important topics for every section for the MBA exam are-
- Language Comprehension- English grammar, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Common Phrases and Idioms, Synonyms & Antonyms.
- General Awareness- Finance and Economy, History & Geography, Sports, Political events, Technology.
- Logical Reasoning- Sets based on arrangements, Syllogisms, Family Tree, Verbal and Critical reasoning, Analogy, Output-Input based questions, Problem solving and observation.
- Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation- Arithmetic Problems, Modern Mathematics, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Common Graphs & Charts.
MCA
The paper will cover Mathematics studied till class 12 and some questions to test the aptitude of students will also be asked. The main topics for Mathematics and Aptitude Test sections are-
- Mathematics- Analytical Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Probability & Statistics.
- Aptitude Test- Reasoning, Quantitative Comparison, Problem Solving Discrete Quantitative Analysis & Data Interpretation.
M.Tech and M Pharm
