Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) is a centre-state-controlled venture since 1995, and it operates the Delhi Metro circuit. Every year DMRC conducts several exams and CRA is one of them.
The Customer Relation Assistant (CRA) takes the queries of the customers or passengers in the Delhi Metro premises or stations and provides valuable solutions to them.
Latest Notification

Registration
The official notification for DMRC CRA 2022 has not been released yet. Once the official notification gets released, candidates need to follow these simple steps to apply for DMRC CRA-
- Visit DMRC official website from the link provided in this article.
- Candidates need to log in, then locate the Career Page option, Click on it.
- An email ID and a contact number will be used by each candidate before applying for DMRC CRA. Register yourself with the necessary details and set a new password.
- A scanned copy of the candidate’s signature and photograph will be needed to make a profile.
- Fill in some personal and educational details. No changes can be made once the form is submitted.
- Tap ‘Submit Now’ and take a note of the credentials securely.
- In the next step, you need to pay the application fee.
- Pay the application fee through the payment gateway. It is advisable to have a stable connection while making payments.
- Take a print-out of the payment receipt or you can save it in pdf form for future reference.
Documents Required for DMRC CRA Application Process
Candidates are requested to check all the required documents before applying for DMRC CRA
- Marksheet of 10th, 12th and Graduation (With acknowledgement of Computer Application Course)
- Scanned copy of your photograph and signature with specific dimensions (4.5cm X 3.5 cm)

DMRC CRA Age Relaxation
DMRC provides age relaxations to various categories ranging from Ex-servicemen to victims of riots 1984. Candidates can check the Age relaxation for various categories from the below:

DMRC CRA Educational Eligibility
Interested candidates must ensure that they have the following qualifications before applying to DMRC CRA 2022:
- Candidates must assure that they have completed at least graduation with a computer application course.
- Candidates from the diverse streams are welcome, the only thing to keep in mind is that the candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree with a computer application course.
- Computer Application course should be of at least 6 weeks duration.
- This opportunity is open to candidates from India only.
Application Fee
The Candidates need to submit an application form fee on the DMRC portal for DMRC CRA 2022. Candidates can use various methods of online payment ranging from UPI to net banking and Credit / Debit Cards.

Exam Pattern
The Candidates before applying to the DMRC CRA examination need to fully understand the paper pattern for a better understanding of the paper, thus increasing the chance of selection. Candidates need to keep in mind that a negative marking of 1/3rd will be there in the exam. The paper pattern for CRA is:
