The ESIC Stenographer exam will be conducted in two phases: Phase-I & Phase-II. Phase-1 is the Mains exam and the Phase-II includes Computer Skill Test (CST) and Stenography Test. The candidates applying for the post of ESIC Stenographer must be well versed in shorthand typing either in English or Hindi.
The exam has a negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer.
