The notification for the four posts of the MHA Recruitment 2022 has been released. It has been published on February 2, 2022.

Registration

The application form for the post of MHA Recruitment 2022 was released on February 02, 2022. The last day to apply was February 28, 2022.

There is no application fee for applying to the post of MHA Recruitment 2022. Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill out the application form.

Step 1: Visit the official website of MHA Recruitment 2022.

Step 2: Register on the portal with a valid mobile number and email.

Step 3: Verify the mobile number and email and log in on the portal with the credentials.

Step 4: After logging in, fill in your details, such as name, father’s name, age, date of birth and others.

Step 5: Fill up the educational qualifications and experience.

Step 6: Upload the documents and scanned copies of the photograph and signature.

Step 7: Verify the details and submit the form.

Step 8: Download the application form and keep it safe for future references.

Step 9: Print a copy of the application form and send it to the given address: Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India (CEPI), Delhi Head Office, ‘East’ Wing, 1stFloor, Shivaji Stadium Annex, Connaught Place, New Delhi-10001.

Eligibility Criteria

MHA Recruitment 2022 – Educational Qualification

Given below are the detailed educational qualification required to be eligible for the various posts in the MHA department.

Law Officer Grade I- The candidate must be a retired government officer of ILS/ Central Government Services retired from an analogous post OR must be having a degree in Law with a minimum of 05 years of experience. Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Law Officer Grade-II- The candidate must be a retired government officer of ILS/ Central Government Services retired from an analogous post OR must be having a degree in Law with a minimum of 03 years of experience. Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Chief Supervisor- The candidate must be a retired government officer from the post of ADM/DS/US with experience in relevant fields. The candidate must be proficient in Hindi and English language. Candidates with knowledge of the regional language will be given preference. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.

Application Fee

There is no application fee for the application process in the MHA Recruitment 2022. However, you have to bear the postal charges through which you will be sending the application form.

Exam Pattern

The exam is conducted in two Tiers – I and II. The qualified candidates are called for an interview that is of 100 marks. Given below is the MHA exam pattern for the reference of candidates.
