About

Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineering Mechanical is a Central Government Examination. It is conducted to fill the vacant seats for technical posts in the Indian Railways. The main notification for the examination will be available on the official website of RRB http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/. The mode of the exam will be Computer-based. The duration of the RRB JE ME exam is 1 hour 30 minutes.

The RRB JE ME examination is conducted in three stages i.e.,

CBT-I
CBT-II
document verification & medical examination.
The RRB JE ME final selection will be done based on the three stages.

Registration

The steps to apply for the RRB JE ME post are given below:

Visit the Railway Recruitment Board’s official website which is http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.

After registering on the RRB portal, applicants can begin filling out the RRB JE ME application forms by clicking on ‘already registered.’
Log in with the required credentials.
Decide on your post preferences.
Pay the application fee by any method like a credit card, debit card, net banking, or other means.
You must carefully upload all the required documents and information and confirm the declaration.
To complete the submission, click submit.

For RRB JE ME 2022, the following documents are needed:

Passport-size photograph in JPEG format and the file size must be no more than 240 KB.
Acceptable photo IDs are Aadhar Card or Pan Card in JPEG format. The file must not be more than 500 KB in size.
Qualifications: 10th, 12th, and graduation mark sheets.
Signature: JPEG format and file size of no more than 240 KB.

Eligibility Criteria

RRB JE ME Education Qualification

Students should qualify for the following educational qualifications to apply for the RRB JE ME exam 2022.

For Junior Engineer– Diploma or Degree in Engineering from recognized college/university.
For Depot Material Superintendent– Diploma or Degree in Engineering from any subject from a recognized college/university.
For Junior Engineer (IT)– BE/BTech (IT)/PGDCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science stream with some recognized college/university.
For Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant– Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry, and must have 55% marks.
