UPESEAT 2025 Application Form is available on the official website. Eligible candidates can apply for UPESEAT 2025 by registering online at the official website using their email ID and phone number. The last date to fill UPESEAT 2025 application form is June 2025.

Registration

UPESEAT 2025Application Form

UPESEAT Registration can be done in online mode only at the official website – upes.ac.in. The Application Process involves 4 simple steps as explained below:

Step 1: UPESEAT Registration

Visit the official website of UPES i.e. upes.ac.in
Click on the “Apply Now” tab available at the right top corner of the page.
Enter your personal details such as name, date of birth, nationality, email ID, mobile no., state, city, and program.
Enter the OTP received on your mobile number to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Enter Academic Details

Enter your 10^th standard year of passing and marks in percentage or CGPA.
Also, indicate your class 12 appearing status and other details.

Step 3: Pay UPESEAT Application Form Fees

Candidates have to pay UPESEAT Application Fee of INR 1350 in online mode.
You can pay the fees via debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ Paytm or PayU.

Step 4: Complete UPESEAT Application Form

The last step is to finish the application form by filling in the remaining details.
Review the form once, agree to the declaration and submit the form.
Make sure you save a copy of the filled-in UPESEAT Application Form 2021 and fee receipt.

Note:

Applicants will be considered for the respective round of the selection process as per the defined timelines
One applicant will be processed only for one round of the selection process
In case the results of the applicants state board examinations are not declared yet, you may upload the marks as soon as the board results get declared and he/she will be considered for the next round of the selection process
State boards students are advised to submit only class 12 marks (in case board result include class 11^th marks also)

UPESEAT Age Limit

Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1999, are eligible to apply for admission.
Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board only will be taken as authentic.

Educational Qualification Requirements

For admission through UPESEAT and Board Merit: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in class 12 board and also 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects.
For admission through JEE Main Merit: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in class 12 board, 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects and a valid JEE Main score.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay UPESEAT Application Fee of INR 1350 in online mode.

Counselling

UPESEAT 2025 Counselling process is conducted offline, after the online registration. Candidate must register on the website to be part of a centralized counselling process. Seats will be allotted to candidates according to the candidate’s preferences and rank. UPESEAT 2025 Counselling will be held in Dehradun only.
