Ganga Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) is a renowned autonomous educational institution located in Kablana, Jhajjar district of Haryana, India. Established in 2008 by the Pawan Ganga Educational Society, GITAM has emerged as a leading technical and management education Institute. The Institute is duly approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU, Rohtak – Graded A+ by NAAC). GITAM is also recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. Due to its autonomous status, the institute has designed a latest, industry-oriented syllabus aimed at enhancing students' employability. The degree will continue to be conferred by MDU, Rohtak. Admissions are open for 2025-2026 for various programmes. The highest package and average package offered was INR 40 LPA and INR 5.50 LPA respectively for the placements session 2024- 2025. More than 350 companies have visited the campus for placement and the college has Tie ups with more than 300 companies for Training and Placements. The college recorded 99% placement rate for BTech CSE students during the placement drive 2024-2025.

GITAM becomes the first of its kind private engineering institute in Haryana to start this venture as Ganga Centre for Skill & Entrepreneurship Development. The objective of GCSED is to prepare industry-ready engineers with 3 years of experience. By working on industrial problem statements, the students gain valuable experience. GCSED has a 50-seater incubation facility for entrepreneurship which will improve employability and quality placements.

Hostel

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

GITAM provide separate hostel facility for boys and girls. The main objective of the hostel is to provide a comfortable, homely stay, intellectual stimulation, cross-cultural interaction and freedom with responsibility to the residents.

For internal administration and day-to-day discipline, the Wardens and College staff members assist them. The common room and open green area attached to it is meant to provide moments of leisure. The entire area is Wi-Fi enabled for convenience of students. Keeping in mind the health aspects of student there is a sports facility. A variety of indoor & outdoor sports facilities are available to all the students living in the hostel campus. Apart from these, a hygienically maintained dining place is there for the residents to enjoy their meals. The hostel mess provides healthy vegetarian food made in hygienic conditions. In house laundry facility is also available to the hostlers.
