I was selected in this college by telephonic interview as I took admission when covid was at the peak. I was suggested by a friend to take admission here because he said by just spending 7 lakh or stuff he got a package of 12 lakh and is placed with Byjus. He said the college has a nice environment, brilliant professors, everybody is supporting students
All the placement and internships were the best in here. As we were given proper training and interview sessions. As well as for the internship criteria, many companies were there for summer internships like Mercedes Benz and MTS where we were given proper stipend based training. And for the placement companies like Amul milk and Apollo hospitals.
After my graduation i wanted to do post graduation and i am also good in numbers that why i opted for finance stream. I choosed this college because there past placements was very good, they have good infrastructure, good faculty and they help every student. Admission procedure for the college is that we have yo give GD followed by interview.
“To mould students into physically fit, mentally robust and professionally competent individuals, who are capable of assuming their rightful place as leaders in the industry and in the society of tomorrow.” The fast moving industry sector needs more operational level managers at entry level positions to take care of the dynamic internal and external business situations. Keeping in mind the industry needs, at IIMS the teaching and training provided makes the students capable of handling operational level problems in various disciplines of management such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply chain Management, International Business, Business Law and so on.
As we move on from century of specialization and technique to century of connectivity and relationship along with every other profession and institution in our society management education is also being asked to justify its usefulness to society.
“Innovate or perish, invent and cherish” has become the most frequently chanted mantra in the corporate world today. Be dynamic or die, is clear and simple call of time. In the light of globalization of Indian economy and capitulation of Indian brands, it is imperative for future leaders to be aware of ground realities so that they can face with confidence the emerging global challenges of international markets.
