You can check the eligibility criteria and can submit your application form for admission on the official Website of SOA. Dates regarding everything get mentioned on this website. I don't know much about the offline admission process since my admission took place completely in online mode. I belong to the ST category. You can only avail benefits if and only if you have the residential certificate from Odisha. The admission process was way too fast which is good but more transparency of fees of various courses is needed Although the marks do not matter. This examination is only conducted as a formality.

If you want to get admission in BSc agriculture (Hons) in SOA, DU, BBSR then you need to fill the online application of SAAT that is available on soa university's website every year and the university conduct examination, Although the marks do not matter. This examination is only conducted as a formality, Infrastructure is a good college campus, as well as classes hostels, are very clean and peaceful environment, Placement is not so much attractive after graduation maximum students do their higher studies or go for govt exams. All teachers are quite helpful, the college has its own lucrative.

The student should have completed 10th and 12th (CBSE/CHSE) with a good percentage. Biology should be the core interest of the students. (PCB). All the information regarding the application form, application fees and application dates will be available in the official website of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan .Of course, it provides reservation benefits. All the information and details for reservation are updated on the official website. It changes with the academic year.To date, I think they don't need any improvement in the admission process. It's absolutely going fine with the process.

Science background, Admissions are done in three ways, jee score, Neet score, and the university's own entrance exam called SAAT. You can find the application form and all of the admission details on the official page of SOA i.e soa.ac.in You can also contact the faculties if you want from the website itself. You can get reservation benefits for admission if you are an st/sc, OBC, or female candidate. Admission cut-off is pretty low too and you can easily crack it. Admissions for the biotechnology department are usually done between June and July after the declaration of the 12th board results.

The Training and Placement Cell of SOA mainly focuses on three aspects of a career such as guiding the students for Placement and subsequent careers, Higher Education and Entrepreneurship. The cell takes care of the holistic development of students with three inclusive activities such as Career Mentoring in form of continuous guidance and Profiling of Students, Aptitude Training, Reasoning Skills, Enhancing Functional Subject Knowledge, General Awareness, Industry Orientation, Soft Skills, Group Discussion and Personal Interview Skills. Around 30 percent of these students have received job offers during the Day Zero dream campus drive involving reputed companies with Amazon proffering the highest package of INR 30 LPA with the average annual salary received by the students being INR 6.3 LPA. The companies who have picked up these students include Microsoft, Amazon, Finastra, Robert Bosch, Dell, PWC, Kloudgin, Deloitte, HP Inc, Temenos, Informatica, MAQ Software, NPCI, Salesforce and Rapyuta Robotics. Despite the pandemic, most of the students have also received multiple job offers. The remaining around 55 percent of the students have received offers from reputed MNCs and Day-1 and Day-2 recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, DXC, Capgemini, Hexaware, HCL, NIIT Technologies, Infogain, Tudip Technologies, V-Construct, L&T Technologies, NCC, Global Edge and several others.The eligibility criteria for the course was stated in a simplified manner. A student must have secured atleast 70% in 12th boards. And then based on the percentile scored in jee exams or SAAT exam, we were given an option to select the branch of our choice. We had an option to chose 3 branches of our choice based on our preferences, most liked to be the first choice. Details regarding application form, fees, and application dates were mentioned clearly on their website. There was no Application fee for their SAAT exam though. The college has also provided us with options to avail scholarships based on our 10th and 12th boards percentage.
