Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (MDU) is a public university located in Rohtak, Haryana, India. It was established in 1976 and is named after the renowned social reformer, Swami Dayananda Saraswati. How To Fill MDU Admission form 2023?
- Go to the MDU Rohtak Admission Portal. You can access the portal by visiting the official MDU website and clicking on the "Admission" link.
- Click on "New Registration." If you are a new user, you will need to create an account by entering your name, email address, and mobile number.
- Log in to your account. Once you have created an account, you can log in using your email address and password.
- Select the course and program you are applying for. There will be a list of available courses and programs on the portal. Select the course and program you are interested in applying for.
- Fill out the application form. The application form will require you to enter your personal information, academic details, and other relevant information.
- Upload the required documents. You will need to upload scanned copies of your documents, such as your educational certificates, marksheets, identity proof, and photographs.
- Pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid online or through a bank challan.

Scholarships
- University Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to the top 10% of students in each undergraduate and postgraduate program. The amount of the scholarship is Rs. 1,000 per month.
- Sita Ram Jindal Foundation Gold Medals: These medals are awarded to the top-ranking students in the Master of Commerce (M.Com.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) programs. The medals are accompanied by a cash prize of Rs. 5,000.
- Post Matric Scholarship/Stipends for the students of SC/BC categories: These scholarships are awarded to students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) from Haryana and other states. The amount of the scholarship varies depending on the course and the financial need of the student.
- Stipends awarded by the District Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen's Boards: These stipends are awarded to the children of war veterans. The amount of the stipend is Rs. 500 per month.
- Lion-Joseph Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to one student in each postgraduate department who has secured admission to the department after having passed B.Sc. (Pass or Hons.), B.Sc., B.Ed. with 1st Division or B.A./ B.Com-III (Pass or Hons.), B.A. B. Ed./B.Com.,B. Ed. with at least 55% marks. The amount of the scholarship is Rs. 200 per month.
- PG Stipend/General Stipend: Two stipends, one PG and one General, are awarded to students in each department. The amount of the stipend is Rs. 4,000 per month for PG stipend and Rs. 2,000 per month for General stipend.
