Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test or AP EDCET is a 2-hour state-level entrance exam conducted by various universities across the state on behalf of APSCHE to admit candidates into B.Ed. programs in various government-aided and private colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, has opened the form correction window at sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates can edit details such as educational details, email id, mobile number, and special reservation category. Some details cannot be edited such as the name of the candidate, photograph, signature, etc. The last date to edit AP EDCET 2022 Application Form is June 24, 2022.
Successfully registered candidates can download their AP EDCET 2022 Admit Card on July 2, 2022. AP EDCET 2022 will be conducted on July 13, 2022, from 9 am to 11 am in pen-paper mode. As per AP EDCET Exam Pattern, the question paper consists of a total of 150 multiple-choice objective-type questions. For every correct answer, 1 mark is awarded. There will be no negative markings in the exam. AP EDCET 2022 Syllabus includes 4 sections, i.e. General English, Teaching Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Methodology.

AP EDCET 2022 Syllabus of Part A and Part B of the entrance exam is of general level, whereas Part C is based on the subject opted in graduation level.

AP EDCET 2022 seat reservation rules are explained below. AP EDCET 2022 Reservation Criteria are based on the rules and norms prescribed by the state government of Andhra Pradesh.
Admission to 85% of the seats in each methodology are reserved for the local candidates and 15% of the seats are unreserved
Note: In respect of State-wide Institutions, namely, Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam, Tirupati, Dravidian University, Kuppam admission to 85% of seats, in each methodology will be reserved for the candidates belonging to the three local areas and 15% of seats shall be left for the open competition.
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply for admission to 15% of unreserved seats.
