The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) research assistant is a post in the planning service under the transformation and development department of the Assam State government. The post is open to all citizens of India who is a permanent resident of Assam and has the desired qualification. Candidates are welcomed from the domains of science, commerce, and arts.

Registration

Steps to apply:

Step 1: Visit the official website of APSC Research Assistant Recruitment 2022 or click here and click on the register button that you find on the landing page, and create an account.

Step 2: After creating the account, log in to the account using the credentials like password and username.

Step 3: Carefully enter details as asked such as name, educational qualification, income details, reservation category or not, and other details. Re-check the correctness of details more than twice.

Step 4: Submit the details and you’ll be asked to upload documents supporting your claims (such as degree/diploma certificate) in pdf format. The size should be below 200kb.

Step 5: Preview the application form and submit it if everything is correctly mentioned.

Step 6: On successfully uploading all documents, pay the fees as per the reservation category you belong to. Make sure that the payment is successful before you close the website.

Step 7: Download a copy of the online receipt and APSC application form for future reference. For any clarification, do mail to the officials stating your grievance.

Syllabus

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

As per the latest notification APSC Research Assistant 2022 notification, different categories of candidates have different age limits, based on their social background. The notification of APSC Research Assistant Recruitment 2022 is yet to come out and the following is subject to change as per that notification if any:

Educational Qualification

The educational qualification for the post of APSC Research Assistant 2022 has different scopes. The accurate data would be released with the official notification. Usually, candidates holding a bachelor’s degree (Honors degree holders will be given more preference) in any of the following disciplines from a recognized university are eligible for the post:
