Chhattisgarh Police is the law enforcement department under the administration of the Department of Home Affairs of the Government of Chhattisgarh. The force also receives special training to resist the enforcement of the Naxalite–Maoist insurgency in some special districts and areas of Chhattisgarh.

Chhattisgarh Police Medical Standards
Candidates should not have squinted eyes and have excellent colour vision. The presence of a varicose vein will result in a temporary disqualification. He or she must be mentally and physically well. He or she must be free of any physical deformities as well as ailments such as diabetes, hernia, piles, respiratory diseases, or any other ailment that would prevent him or her from doing his or her tasks effectively.
EyeSight :
Without correction, far vision should be 6/6 for at least one eye and no worse than 6/9 for the other. The ability to see things up close should be typical.
