Income Tax Department, Government of India conducts exams for the recruitment of Income Tax officers, Tax assistants, Income tax inspectors, etc.
The Income Tax Department has released the notification for the opening of Income Tax Officer Recruitment 2022 in March regarding the recruitment of many positions. The recruiting agency follows the 7th pay commission for paying the salaries of the government-employed personnel. There are a total of 24 vacancies available for positions like Income Tax officers, Tax assistants, Income tax inspectors, multi-tasking staff, and many others.
To apply online for the available vacancies, candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Candidates should visit the official website of Income Tax Officer Recruitment 2022 and select the link as mentioned, "Online Application."
Step 2: They will then be required to select the New Registration option.
Step 3: On selecting the New Registration option, candidates should submit their details which are important for the online application and document verification.
Step 4: Before submitting the final application, candidates are strictly advised to crosscheck their details before submitting.
Step 5: To finalize their application, they would be receiving an OTP on their registered number and validating it.
Step 6: Submit the form and pay the application fee.
