With a primary goal to protect the country's maritime borders and, in concert with the other Armed Forces of the Union, to deter or defeat any threats or aggression against India's land, people, or maritime interests, in both war and peace, the Indian Navy recruits eligible and dedicated candidates for various positions.;

The Indian Navy MR exam is conducted twice a year for the position of a sailor under Matric Recruitment. This is a fantastic chance for male applicants who want to serve their country.

Eligibility Criteria

It is important to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the Indian Navy MR Recruitment 2022. According to the Indian Navy, the candidates must fulfill the following criteria for the post:

Candidates must have been born between April 1, 2002, and March 31, 2005, inclusive.
Candidate must have completed Matriculation (10th Pass) from a Board of School Education approved by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
An applicant for enlistment in the Navy must be at least 157 cm tall. Candidates who are shorter than the minimum height requirements are ineligible for employment. In such circumstances, no medical examination on appeal is to be granted. Cases discovered during the last medical check at INS Chilka are included in the protocol.

Exam Pattern

Indian Navy MR CBT Exam Pattern

Indian Navy MR Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

To be a part of Indian Defence each candidate needs to be physically capable of performing the task. All the candidates who are eligible for the recruitment and successfully qualify in the Phase I selection through the written examination will be eligible for the Physical Fitness Test in Indian Navy MR 2022. The physical exam consists of essentially three tests to deem a candidate physically qualified for the applied posts.

Particulars	Details
Running	Total Distance: 1.6 KM Total Time: 7 minutes. Candidates will be filtered on the basis of their performance at this stage. One has to successfully cover a distance of 1.6 KM in just 7 minutes.;
Squats	Candidates should be able to perform 20 squats.
Push-ups	Candidates should be able to perform 10 push-ups in order to finally qualify for the physical fitness test.
