About
MP SET is a state-level exam conducted to recruit Assistant Professors or Lecturers in the state colleges/university. Candidates who wish to be Assistant professors in the state colleges must apply for the exam. It grants the lectureship to the applicants who pass the exam.
To be eligible to appear for the exam, the candidate must have a Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Registration
The application form can be fulfilled by the candidates who have met the eligibility requirements. The candidates need to follow the following steps for registration for the exam.

Step 2: Click on the application form link of MP SET 2022 on the homepage of the website.
Step 3: Fill in all the information that’s been asked in the application form of the MP SET.
Step 4: Cross-check the details and click on the submit button.
Step 5: The form will be submitted and it will be made available as a PDF to download for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria
Before filling out the application form, candidates should read the MP SET eligibility criteria.
- The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in any relevant field from a recognized university/college.
- There is no age limit for the candidates to apply for the post.
- Candidates yet to appear for the final exam can apply as well.
- Candidates who have completed their doctoral studies before 19 September 1991 can also apply.
- The candidates have to appear for the examination of the subject they have studied in their post-graduation. .
- General Category Candidates must have scored 55% or above in their master’s degree.
- Reserved Category Candidates must have scored 50% or above in their master’s degree.
