RITES (Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited) is an engineering company backed by the Government of India. It was established in 1947, and its main aim was to provide consultation to rail transport services to operators in India and abroad. After that, the company has expanded its business from rail transport service consultation to other planning and consultation of many other infrastructures such as ports, airports, highways, and urban planning.
Various vacancies for different engineering posts have been announced by RITES recently.
The official notification for RITES Limited Recruitment 2022 has been issued by RITES Ltd., a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India. The advertisement is for the recruitment of Engineer/Planning Engineer/Quality Control / Material Engineer (Civil) and other posts.

The syllabus of the written test is not mentioned in the official notification by RITES, but it can be anticipated by analyzing previous years’ papers. The paper contains questions from 5 different subjects i.e. General English, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and concerned post related subject (i.e. Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).

All the candidates belonging to the General / EWS category and candidates belonging to the reserved category applying for unreserved posts must have at least 60% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree and candidates applying for reserved posts must have at least 50% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree.

Rs.300/- + taxes (For EWS / ST / SC / PWD candidates)
All the applications received shall be screened and shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test. Based on the performance of candidates in the written test, they will be called for a personal interview.
Final selection of candidates shall be done based on the following weightage parameters:
The candidates will also have the option to choose the interview language i.e. Hindi / English.
The appointment of selected candidates is solely dependent upon their medical fitness fulfillment as per the company's policy.
