The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is hiring authority for the post of Junior Stenographer in the RRB Ministerial and Isolated categories. RRB Junior Stenographer categories into two posts Junior Stenographer Hindi, Junior Stenographer English. Only candidates who have passed are eligible for the post of RRB Junior Stenographer can apply. Candidates for this position must be between the ages of 18 and 30 years. Applicants can use either online or offline mode for payment. Online payment like credit/debit cards, net banking, and offline payment such as Challan.

Registration

Step 1: Junior Stenographer Registration Process

Interested applicants need to register on the official webpage. Applicants can follow the given steps below.

Proceed to the official webpage of the RRB Junior Stenographer.
Click on the given notification as a new registration.
Select the post of stenographer under the RRB Ministerial and Isolated category.
The instruction page will appear, read all the instructions carefully and click the agree to button below.
Click on the New registration tab.
Fill in all the necessary information like Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Contact number, Email ID, etc.
Click on submit.

Step 2: Junior Stenographer Application Process

Candidates need to fill the application form for Junior Stenographer with the help of the following steps.
- After the registration, Applicant's details are issued on the webpage. Click the confirm button to complete the process.
- Next, OTP will be received to the given mobile number. Enter the OTP.
- Click the submit/Edit option (In case it is required).
- Fill in all the necessary information like Educational details, preference details, nationality, community, etc.
- Applicants need to upload the scanned images of their signature and a passport-sized photograph, category certificate required.
- Preview the application form and make required corrections.

Syllabus

The computer-based test for the Junior Stenographer consists of two sections. First, professional technical skills, with questions in English and Hindi. The preceding section includes General Awareness, Topics from Mathematics, General Science, General Consciousness, General Intellect, and Reasoning.

Eligibility Criteria

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has yet to announce the official notification for Junior Stenographer eligibility criteria 2022. There are some specific qualifications for the candidates appearing under the RRB Ministerial.

RRB Junior Stenographer: Nationality

Applicants must either be:

A person must be a citizen of India.
Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan.
A Tibetan refugee arrived in India before 1st January 1962 to stay permanently.
Indian lineage immigrated to India permanently from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, the United Republic of Tanzania, and Vietnam.
A certificate of eligibility candidate has to be issued by the Government of India if the person is in one of the above categories.

Junior Stenographer Age Limit Applicant's age limit is between 18-30 would be eligible to apply for the post of Junior Stenographer. Tentative information based on 1st July 2019.

RRB Junior Stenographer Educational Qualification

Candidates who aspire to become junior Stenographers after taking RRB Ministerial and Isolation Examination have to possess the below qualification.

RRB Junior Stenographer Eligibility Criteria: Number Of Attempts

The RRB Ministerial and Isolated exam does not specify the number of attempts for candidates. So, applicants can apply for any number of attempts until the maximum age limit for the corresponding categories of RRB. The stenographer must be between the age of 18-30. Certain relaxations are also dependent on parameters. If you are under the age limit and have the necessary educational credentials, you can appear for the exam.

Application Fee

After submitting the application form, in the last step, applicants need to make a payment for the application fee and finally submit the application form. The application fees for applicants of different categories are below.
