- Candidates who have computer science subject in their senior secondary from government recognized board of education/ diploma in engineering & computer science from government recognized Polytechnic Institute/ by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open university an RSITC certificate falling under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited/ diploma or degree or certificate from a Government recognized university in computer science/ from the NIELIT New Delhi ‘O’ level certificate or computer concept certificate/ from an institute which is under Vocational training scheme of state/ national council a certificate of computer operator or programming assistant or data preparation or computer software.
- Candidates who have understanding and also could write Hindi in Devnagri script.
