Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts Combined Engineering Services Exam (CESE) every year for different posts in the department of Engineering and Administrative Services. TNPSC will release the official notification for CESE in March on its official website at tnpsc.gov.in. TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Recruitment 2022 will be conducted in three stages - I) Written Exam, II) Document Verification Round, and III) Counselling Round. TNPSC CESE 2022 will contain two papers - Paper I and Paper-II. The written test will be held for 5 hours. Out of 5 hours, 3 hours will be allotted for Paper I whereas 2 hours for Paper-II. Approx. 478 candidates are expected to be recruited through Combined Engineering Services Exam conducted by TNPSC.

Latest Notification

TNPSC will release the official notification in the first week of March 2022. The official notification of TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Recruitment 2022 will be available on the official website of TNPSC. TNPSC CESE notification will contain all the important details regarding the recruitment process such as important dates, number of vacancies, the application process, exam pattern, syllabus, counselling session and many more.

Registration

Only eligible candidates can apply for TNPSC CESE 2022. To appear in the written test, candidates need to complete the application process through online mode. Steps to complete TNPSC CESE Application 2022 process are mentioned below.

Step 1: TNPSC CESE Registration Process

To start the application form filling process, candidates need to register themselves only on the official website of TNPSC. Below are some steps to complete the registration process.

Go to the Official Website of TNPSC at http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/
Go through the notification section and click on the “Apply Online” button.
Enter the details in the registration form such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Contact number, Email Id, etc.
Click on the “Submit” button.
After completing (OTR) one-time registration, receive and preserve the user ID and Password.

Step 2: TNPSC CESE Application Form

After the completion of the registration process, log in to the site to fill up the online application form. Steps to fill up and submit the online application form are given below.

Log in to the site using credentials such as user ID and Password on the login portal of the official website.
Enter all the required information in the online application form such as academic details, exam centres preferences, etc.
Following this, applicants are required to upload the scanned recent coloured passport size photograph and scanned signature
Recheck the online application form and submit it.

Step 3: TNPSC CESE Application Fee

To complete the online application process, candidates must pay the processing fee.

Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee either via credit/debit card/net banking or through offline mode at the nearest branch of the State Bank of India / HDFC Bank. And the payment must be done within 2 days from the date of the online application form submission. For the offline mode, payment should be completed in the form of a demand draft or postal order.

Exam Pattern
