Lessons from EU Countries with special reference to Austria Dr Rupert Beinhauer, Dr. Anna -Maija Lamsa, Dr. Himanshi Tiwari were the Conference Chair and expressed their views on the need of RAINBOW project. Dr. Jean Helms Mills Professor of Management (Emerita) Saint Mary’s University Canada & Dr. Albert JMills Professor of Management (Emeritus) Saint Mary’s University Canada gave the keynote address on “Making Sense of Gender Equity
