AILET or All India Law Entrance Test is an annual university entry-level examination organized by Nationalpr Law University, Delhi. It is conducted to select candidates for B.A, LLB, LLM, and Doctorate Programmes.
AILET 2025 Admit Card is released by National Law University, Delhi.Candidates who have successfully registered for AILET 2025 will be able to download AILET Admit Card 2025 from the official website- nludelhi.ac.in by using their registration number and password. AILET 2025 will be conducted on June 2025 from 10 am - 11.30 am in offline mode.
AILET 2025 will be conducted as a pen and paper-based for a duration of 90 minutes. As per AILET 2025 Exam Pattern, AILET BA LLB Paper will consist of 150 MCQs while AILET LLM Paper will consist of 101 MCQs as well as subjective questions. The total marks for which AILET 2025 will be conducted is 150.
As per the modified AILET 2025 Syllabus, BA LLB Paper will consist of questions from English Language, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, and Logical Reasoning. For LLM Paper, topics like the Indian Contract Act, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Legal Theory will be covered. AILET 2025 Result is expected to be released in the July, 2025. After the declaration of the result, NLU Delhi will release a category-wise cut-off based on which candidates will be able to get admission.

Compared to UG and PG courses, the exam pattern for Ph.D. entrance in NLU, Delhi is quite different. It consists of 2 sections; the first level will be an objective test based on Research Methodology and Legal Aptitude sections.
The entrance test will be qualifying in nature, candidates clearing the minimum required AILET Cut off will be required to submit their Research Proposal on the desired topic.
