Aspirants should check the qualifying conditions before registering for the DMER Recruitment 2022. Educational credentials, age limits, and nationality are among the DMER eligibility conditions.
No application for any position in the service will be considered unless the applicant is:
(a) An Indian citizen;
b) A Nepalese subject or
c) A Bhutanese subject or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of establishing permanently in India; or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia , Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam to settle permanently in India.
A candidate in any of the categories (b), (c), or (d) must be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been granted by the Chandigarh administration and presented to the recruiting authority.
